Being an adult is boring.

I am making supper (sausage, potatoes, and corn, otherwise known as meat, starch, and starch. SO TASTY), which involves Potatoes O'Brien, which come in an easy-open freezer bag... that just ripped down the middle and spilled 1/4 of its contents on the floor.

I just looked at it and said, "Okay then!" and swept it up.

I feel cheated out of my temper tantrum.

Sometimes you hit those "laugh or cry" moments -- and end up laughing.

Yesterday I tripped over a cat for the eighteenth time in an hour and screamed at it -- I mean, actually screamed. "Okay, then" would have been a much better response. (Yeah, I've been stressed.)
