The only doors I can remember are the Atlantean ones when the city was in lockdown and Ronon and Jennifer are trying to get out by exploding oxygen bottles...That was the infirmary, wasn't it?

But you could put earth doors in with the reference that the infirmary/longer term ward area has Atlantean doors around the whole are so that it can be locked down...
