I am so pleased you like this--it's one of my favorites, because I just LOVE the idea of John standing out on the ice at McMurdo looking up at the sky and thinking about how the rest of the world is beneath his feet, from where he's standing. *blushes* You're good for my writing ego, which I *really* needed today.
