Selling a Laptop on E-bay

If you want a really good pc laptop (great for gaming, btw), we've just posted the one I used to use on E-bay. It's a really great machine, HUGE screen, volume controls in the front, all that jazz that comes with a Dell Inspiron 9300. ETA: Some scammer hit 'buy it now' and wants us to ship it to Nigeria. He claims to be a US Soldier (with really REALLY poor English) stationed in Iraq, whose wife is working at the US Embassy in Nigeria. Riigghhhtt. As soon as he gets back to us with a *verified* Paypal account we'll ship it.
Which means, we'll be re-listing it in a week, probably.

Date: 2006-10-02 03:14 am (UTC)Frankly, the thing rocks, and he should never have made the buy it now for so little but he claims he knows what he's doing, so... that's that. It is about 2 (3?) years old, and he's very into the next new thing, so maybe he assumes that if HE wouldn't buy it, no one else would.
