remixredux08, and I strongly encourage everyone to head over and surf the tags for your favorite authors, fandoms, characters, and pairings! If the 'written by' names seem odd, it's because it's their procedure to have us all post under sockpuppet accounts until the reveal in a week's time.
It was an honor to participate for the first time this year, and I've already tracked down the story written 'for' me--it's a remix of my Lucius/Narcissa story For Love, called Love, Interrupted. It's absolutely fantastic, and I'm really excited about it! Here's hoping my remixee likes theirs as much as I like mine!

seperis--there's a remix, called Shed Your Skin (the Sledgehammer Remix) that I think is just awesome!
This is also a reminder to myself that I MUST LEAVE FEEDBACK for the stories I read here inremixredux08, because in a thread in cupidsbow's journal, a few of us were remarking on how remixes tend to get the short end of the feedback stick, due to quite a lot of differing factors. Writing is writing folks, and if you enjoy it, tell us! Even if you didn't give a comment on the original story (Pop on by and drop a 'this was really great, just wanted to de-lurk and let you know.' It really doesn't take long and folks appreciate it like woah. This is not a self-plug, btw. quit yer dirty thoughts... or fess up some fic instead! *winkies*), drop in a few words to let the author know you appreciate their work. One of the folks I was talking to earlier said she only got one comment last year--thank goodness it was from her remixer, but seriously, let's all work on the feedback thing.
